WASTE OF MONEY. I received this Day of the Week “clock” as a Mother’s Day gift, took 4 weeks to arrive. I am surprised that it is called a clock because there is no second hand and therefore is not literally a “clock” per Chat GPT. I read the directions for the two different settings and neither moves the hand around properly (moved 4 days in less than 24 hr period). The mechanism on back where battery is placed moves around, which moves the hand. Their website states that they pride themselves in great customer service. BS. I emailed 3 times and no response. My daughter wasted $160 for the 14”. Their refund policy is in tiny print at bottom of website and they do not give refunds. Horrible, unprofessional business.
